Now we have a new company "BIO-TECH-ENERGY" LTD which is cooperated with the Centre of Oil-and-Gas Complex of the Russian Federation and now the company got the POWER OF ATTORNEY from the Centre of Oil-and-Gas Complex by Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation for sale of oil products from Russia. Therefore now it is urgently for us that get financing/loan to our company for that start purchase and export of oil products from Russia( Gazprom and Rosneft etc.) to EC-countries etc. We are ready , for gaurantee to the loan, to put for collateral of highly liquid rare-earth metal the Europium EbM1 (items 74 elements) for a total sum more $ 800 millions U.S. dollars and more with all the confirmations document and the availability of the Europium metal ingots from the international assessment of 1 gram of 10100 dollars for the metal Europium . The required amount of financing for oil contracts over $ 800 millions U.S. dollars for terms of 12 months and will be return every month(parts after each pass shipments) follow our SPA(oil contracts). The bank/lender will get double quarantee for the loan/credit first the highly liquid collateral of the rare-earth metal Europium EbM1(elements item 74) for total sum more $ 800 millions U.S. dollars and plus second quarantee of a LC (confirmed ,filled by money, it,s p.with red clause the Letter of Credit ) issued to the bank of Lender under a contract with us for the purchase of oil products . Therefore I will ask you please inform me about the procedure and all other conditions for that get the financing/loan to company "BIO-TECH-ENERGY" LTD for starting purchase of oil products from Russia( Gazprom and Rosneft etc.)and export to your and overseas countries etc. I am waiting your response Beforehand thank you for your all efforts.
